Our 100th anniversary year marks the creation of the Scenic Trails Council Venturing Officer's Association (VOA). This is a council level leadership team formed by Venturers from all crews and ships in our council. Its purpose is to plan and implement council-wide Venturing training, trips, and events, and to provide services to our crews to improve the quality of youth leadership across the council.

Each crew and ship may send up to two duly appointed members to serve as voting members of the VOA. You must be a registered Venturer/Sea Scout in an active crew/ship.

The VOA will meet on the third Sunday of every other month, 1 pm at the Scenic Trails Council office. For 2010 the dates are: May 16, July 18, Sept 19, and Nov 21.
